Business Development Exec - bassed from Denham, Bucks

Salary: £28-£35K OTE first year + Car/Car Allowance

We are looking for a confident Business Development Exec with a strong background in Field Sales for this fun and vibrant company who offer a fantastic work environment and the ability to develop a rewarding and recognised career in an industry that is constant evolving in exciting ways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This is a role for a seasoned sales professional who enjoys having freedom to sell in your own way, target new and exciting markets and earn from an uncapped commission structure (no threshold).
  • You will be developing your own accounts with a focus key industries that are relevant to the company’s ongoing product and service offering
  • Generating your own leads through prospecting, territory management and online/social media as well as developing a network of contacts
  • Calling and meeting with prospects and then developing these accounts and ownership of the relationship
  • Being predominantly field based you will meet with clients to understand their needs and advise and quote on the best options/services available.
  • Working closely with the Design team you will advise and manage your customers experience from sales enquiry to delivery and after sales follow up.
  • Responsible for the administration of your accounts with support from the wider team you will need to be organised and able to manage your client portfolio successfully

Key skills and experience:

  • Previous experience within Print/Design/Graphics ideal but not essential
  • Able to generate and work from your own leads base
  • You’ll be self-motivated, not afraid to go out and get new clients but also enjoy the account management and relationship buildingStrong organisation and administration skills
  • You will be driven, passionate with energy and someone who can inspire their clients and drive business.
  • Full UK Driving license
